What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including debit and credit cards. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected and are provided as estimates only. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, and any significant delays will be communicated by email.
What if I need to return the product?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
For hygiene reasons, wool, yarn, and fibre products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless faulty.
Custom-dyed, cut-to-length, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
