2. Products

  • We sell wool, yarn, fibre, and related craft products.

  • All product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of wool.

  • As natural products, variations in texture, shade, and thickness may occur and are not considered faults.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods.

4. Orders

  • An order is accepted once payment has been received and an order confirmation email has been sent.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of stock errors or suspected misuse.

  • If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • International orders may be subject to customs charges or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, wool, yarn, and fibre products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless faulty.

  • Custom-dyed, cut-to-length, or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.

To request a return, please contact info@sew-woolly.co.uk before returning any items.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund as appropriate.

8. Care & Use Disclaimer

  • Wool products must be cared for according to the recommended care instructions.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, handling, storage, or use.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability
