Where is your shop located?
We’re based at Rectory Court, Cheadle, Cheshire SK8 1DW. Click here for directions.
Is the shop fully accessible?
Yes, we're on the ground floor, easily accessible and close to the car park.
Do you stock the same items as your online shop?
We aim to keep our in-store and online ranges aligned, but some items may be exclusive to the shop or sell out more quickly in person.
Can I reserve items to collect in store?
Yes, if you’d like us to hold an item for you please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer advice for beginners?
Absolutely. We’re always happy to offer advice and help you get started.
Workshops
Do I need experience to attend a workshop?
Many of our workshops are suitable for beginners. Each workshop listing will clearly state the skill level required.
Do I need to bring my own materials?
This depends on the workshop. We'll let you know what’s included and what to bring with you.
How do I book a workshop?
Workshops can be booked by our team, either via our contact form or in-store. If you have questions before booking, feel free to contact us.
What is your workshop cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking. If you’re unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I book the workshop space for private hire?
Yes — our workshop room is available for private hire. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
Online Orders
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across mainland UK.
Can I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided items are unused and unopened. Due to hygiene reasons, wool and yarn cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll resolve it in line with your statutory rights.
