About this product

This King Cole knitting pattern leaflet, 6388 will instruct you how to knit cute Toadstool Cushions, a Door Stop, Blanket and Squirrel Toy, using Jumbo Toastie yarn.

The pattern gives you measurements to create the toys in the following sizes:

  • Toadstool Cushion 1 - 37cm x 33cm
  • Toadstool Cushion 2 - 42cm x 36cm
  • Toadstool Doorstop - 30cm x 26cm
  • Blanket - 82cm square
  • Squirrel Toy -  26cm tall


If using a different yarn, tensions may vary and we recommend that you knit a tension square before knitting the whole item.

Washable Toy Stuffing
Tapestry Needle with Large Eye

Plastic Pellet Toy Filling (washable option) or Rice or Dried Pulses (non-washable option) to weight door stop
Muslin fabric and small elastic bands (for use with door stop filling.)

2 x 12mm Black Toy Safety Eyes (if toy is intended for babies or young children, embroider these features instead.)

Oddment of black DK yarn for Squirrel's features.
